Laura was an absolutely amazing realtor. She handled the marketing, listing and sale of our house in Fleming Island all while we were living in Europe. Her coordination and management of her entire process was exceptional. She handled all of the maintenance, repairs, inspections required to get the house ready to show. To put in context, the house was a long term rental that needed significant repair and renovation, and Laura handled all of it. She was in essence a general contractor as well as listing agent. Communication was excellent, which is difficult with a 6 hour time difference. We can not overstate how amazing she was to work with.
